Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally. No matter where you are, we’re happy to send some Daisy Dot delight your way!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.


: Arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.


: Available on select items for faster delivery.

International shipping may take longer depending on your location and local customs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at hello@daisydotdesign.com.

Returns

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@daisydotdesign.com. We’ll send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We don’t process direct exchanges. The best way to get what you want is to return your item, and once it’s approved, place a new order.
